High Cheese takes centre stage every Friday night at The Hills. Begin with a three-tier tower stacked with hot and cold cheese bites, then choose your signature pasta to be flambéed table-side in a wheel of aged Parmigiano. A two-hour pour of The Hills Reserve wines is included, with the option to add shaved black truffle to your pasta for $10pp.
Limited spots each week – bookings essential.
Please note: The Cheese Tower menu rotates weekly. While the format and quantity remain consistent, specific items may vary.
Bookings must be made before 12pm on the day of and all groups must be in multiples of two for towers.
