High Cheese takes centre stage every Friday night at The Hills. Begin with a three-tier tower stacked with hot and cold cheese bites, then choose your signature pasta to be flambéed table-side in a wheel of aged Parmigiano. A two-hour pour of The Hills Reserve wines is included, with the option to add shaved black truffle to your pasta for $30pp.
Limited spots each week – bookings essential.
Bookings must be made before 12pm on the day of and all groups must be in multiples of two for towers.
