FAQs

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, we offer convenient onsite parking for our guests with disabled parking spots at the entrance of The Hills. Parking spots is limited, so make sure to get in early to score yourself a spot, or there is street parking just before you enter in through the gates.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we welcome dogs in our outdoor areas, provided they are kept on a leash at all times. Please note that with our petting zoo onsite, your dog may be disturbed by the animals. We kindly ask that you be considerate of the other animals and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Do we allow walk-ins?

Yes, we encourage walk-ins. Out multi-venue precinct is made for spontaneous days or nights out and there is plenty of space to accommodate the community.

Our events team will be more than happy to accommodate your event with our curated packages. Please email reservations@thehillsbrisbane.com.au with your event enquiry and the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Are we vegetarian and vegan friendly? Do we accommodate dietaries?

Yes, we are both vegetarian and vegan friendly! Our food and beverage locations offer a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences. We also strive to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and other special requirements. Please let our staff know about any dietary needs when placing your order, and we will do our best to ensure you have a delicious and satisfying experience.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food or dietary-specific requirements.
