Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards issued by The Hills of Rivermakers are subject to a limited-time promotion offering 20% off Gift Card purchases over $200 using code HILLS20, valid until 9 May at 11:59pm. The code must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively; refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be issued for missed code usage. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and are redeemable exclusively atThe Hills of Rivermakers. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Gift Cards may be used across multiple transactions until the full balance is redeemed and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged, including in cases of change of mind or purchaser error. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with functions, private or group bookings, third-party booking platforms, or any promotions, special offers, or limited-time experiences, and no rainchecks will be provided. Gift Cards are intended for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used as promotional prizes without prior written approval. The Hills of Rivermakers reserves the right to request valid photo identification at the time of redemption and may refuse, void, or cancel any Gift Card that is suspected to be fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or misused; any customer found to be fraudulently using or attempting to redeem a Gift Card may be held liable for all associated financial losses, legal costs, and recovery expenses incurred. The Hills of Rivermakers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted Gift Cards and they will not be replaced. Electronic Gift Cards are delivered via email and may be subject to processing times. Is there parking onsite?

Yes, we offer convenient onsite parking for our guests with disabled parking spots at the entrance of The Hills. Parking spots is limited, so make sure to get in early to score yourself a spot, or there is street parking just before you enter in through the gates.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we welcome dogs in our outdoor areas, provided they are kept on a leash at all times. Please note that with our petting zoo onsite, your dog may be disturbed by the animals. We kindly ask that you be considerate of the other animals and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Do we allow walk-ins?

Yes, we encourage walk-ins. Out multi-venue precinct is made for spontaneous days or nights out and there is plenty of space to accommodate the community.

Our events team will be more than happy to accommodate your event with our curated packages. Please email reservations@thehillsbrisbane.com.au with your event enquiry and the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Are we vegetarian and vegan friendly? Do we accommodate dietaries?

Yes, we are both vegetarian and vegan friendly! Our food and beverage locations offer a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences. We also strive to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and other special requirements. Please let our staff know about any dietary needs when placing your order, and we will do our best to ensure you have a delicious and satisfying experience.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for baby food or dietary-specific requirements.
